Hmmm... I think I was here a few weeks ago. I believe you're heading toward Cache from Bonnecherre through Plough and the Mohawks. There's a soft spot to the left where my left leg sank up to my hip while portaging the canoe. Can't place the exact portage but am I  close? We were heading the opposite direction.

It is looking south, bot not Plough or Mohawk. This creek outflow has a hard, sand bottom
