Of the 3 guesses so far, Smith Lake is the furthest away. But I have to give Martin credit for knowing that was a possibility. :-)

You're getting colder but it is quite possible that you used this portage on a trip that included Big Porcupine & McGarvey. .

Not Bonnechere (I missed that one this morning) or Ragged Lake. You're in the right area though. 

On a side note, how's the fishing in Bonnechere? I'm planning on heading into Big Porcupine in a few weeks and figured Bonnechere would make a good day trip from there.
