Viewing Deck at Visitor Centre Closed for Construction

The Algonquin Park Visitor Centre viewing deck (shown below) is currently closed while an Ontario Parks contractor replaces exterior siding on the valley side of the building. The Visitor Centre will remain open during this time, but access to the viewing deck is not possible until a partial re-opening on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Bird feeders located near the construction area have been temporarily relocated to the parking lot side of the building. Visitors wishing to see the view may do so from the windows in the Sunday Creek Cafe. Updates to this closure will be posted on the Algonquin Park Advisories webpage if necessary.
