Club L. Ritchie Bros. sawmill

I'm curious to know if there anyone out there that has more information about the 2 storey concrete ruins on Club L. right at the end of the portage to Mink L.

All I've been able to find is that it was an old sawmill owned by the Ritchie Bros. that closed sometime before WWII

Not sure if you’ve seen this, but Tour du Park is always a good starting point for anything on ruins in the Park.

The 1km portage next to that is a former road from that structure, and is about as straight, wide, even, and smooth as it gets.  So, there was no excuse for me, in 2016, when I fell on that trail with the canoe.  I stepped on a little nub of a root, slightly larger than the size of a knuckle on your index finger, and it was just enough to buckle my ankle and I went down in a heap.  Proud moment.
