    Head creek

    Hello all

    Has anyone paddled from head lake to cache via head creek and the Madawaska recently?

    Wondering if I should take the portage or if the creek has enough water to paddle it.

    Just paddled Head Creek/Madawaska from head to Two Rivers and it was passable even before the rain this week.

    The portage will be faster but the river is worth the paddle.
