Hey guys. We are set to cycle 60 from Oxtongue Lake to Whitney over the long weekend. Just wondering if anyone has an update on what to expect for construction/road work along the corridor. There was nothing the last time I was up but that was January. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Shayne, I drove to Canoe Lake last weekend (Fri-Sun) via the East Gate. There were workers out and about, and the road had gravel cut outs here and there, but if I recall correctly it was otherwise smooth sailing.

Just consider it training if you have to portage your bike around construction.

Thank for the insight guys. Riding cross bike and hoping to get some trails in as well so portaging shouldn't be necessary LOL!
