Is that Deer Yard from the Hemlock portage?  Don't recall as many water plants, but was there in May before they have grown up to be visible.

Not Deer Yard or anywhere along that route from Merchant to LaMuir.. in fact that is one of the few sections/routes I've yet to see.

North of there.

Great guess Doug, it does resemble Osler from that portage. Not there, though.

There are no campsites on this lake.
