    Opeongo Water Taxi

    Hey

    Taking a trip to the North Arm at the end of August. Will be taking the Water Taxi there and Back. Does anyone know where the Taxi drops off at? Will they drop you at specific campsites?

    Hi Rob,
    I have used them several times in the past to get dropped off at various portages but i Do know of other people that have been dropped off at campsites.
    From my dealings with them they have been very accomidating.

    Anywhere you want on the lake. Source: I drove the taxi as a summer job in university.

    i always go with the "opeondo out fitters", the wooden boats, less b.s.
      these guys really know the lake because it is a local whitney business, full time drivers
       just my  algonquin experience of 30 years, i.m.h.o
