Where twelve squared

Found this image on an Algonquin trip-related website.  I think I know where it is well enough to challenge others to figure it out...

Re: Where twelve squared

I don't believe it is Scorch or Ragged.  I do believe it is on the east side of the park.

Re: Where twelve squared

That's correct, Basil, it appears at roughly the 13:00 mark.  There are clues beforehand that show the immediate vicinity of this lake, I believe.

Re: Where twelve squared

Opalescent and Cork are good guesses - they are in the neighborhood of this lake, I believe, but I don't think this image is one of those.  A touch west of them, I think.

St.Andrews?

We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it.

Re: Where twelve squared

I believe that Shawn D. has gotten it.  I think it is St. Andrews looking from the north down the length of the lake to the low grass where the creek from Rouge lake enters St. Andrews.
